A two-story home in the South Bay, designed from the outside in. The goal was to create something that felt rooted in its neighborhood without being predictable. Whitewashed brick, warm wood, and careful trim details come together in a facade that has real character without trying too hard. An arched entry and lantern lighting bring warmth at street level, and an upper balcony draws in light and opens the home to the outside. The landscaping feels like it belongs, soft and layered in a way that suits the coastal climate.
